Household cleaning products not specifically for leather should never be used on your leather (even baby wipes).
Do buy a well recommended leather cleaner and leather conditioner.
Do treat your leather two times a year to keep your leather from drying out and cracking. Clean and apply leather conditioner, and liquid protection (if applicable) at least two times a year with high quality well recommended leather specialty products.
Test all products (even specialty leather products) in a hard to see area before using on your leather.
Prevent your leather from being stored in direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Cup condensation and spills should be soaked with a clean sponge or paper towel. Do not scrub spills, use a light circular motion.
Your leather (except full aniline) can be cleaned as often as you clean your home/auto with water on a semi-wet cloth.
Use specialty leather products when doing a deeper cleaning.
Change the position of leather cushions when possible, rotating and changing up the order. This prevents uneven wear.
